Just keeping putting one foot in front of the other. One thing at a time. Keep breathing. Consciously relax your shoulders.
These have been a few of my mantras the past couple of weeks. So many things going on, mostly all good, but LOTS OF STUFF! The other day I had about 4 different pieces of scrap paper on my desk, each with a different to-do list. It actually helped me breathe.
Why am I telling you all this??? Because, I was reminded today (and want to share it with you!) that when we stay focused, calm, and moving forward with a positive mindset good things happen. The things we are working towards arrive. We make it to the finish line.
